Return POLICY

Thank you for shopping at TinaMariaShoes operated by TinaMaria Designs LLC. The following terms are applicable for any products purchased with us.

We accept returns of new, unworn items that are in Original Condition and Original packaging for Exchange or Refund. Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. No exceptions.

Sale Prices are only available at the time of purchase. Price adjustments are not offered. No exceptions.

To ensure that your exchange will be accepted we recommend trying your shoes on carpet. Any hard surface may scuff the bottom of the shoes. We do not accept returns on merchandise that have visible scratches, marks, or dirty on the outer sole. Items returned in these conditions will not be accepted.

Please follow all guidelines outlined prior to return or you may run the risk of your return/exchange not being accepted.

If your order arrives Defective or Damaged, please contact our customer service department immediately by providing clear photos of the damages to info@Tinamariashoes.com Monday- Friday 9am-5pm Eastern Standard Time.

Should you wish to make a return, you have 10 days from the date of purchase for a return. Contact info@Tinamariashoes.com Once your return is received, you will receive email confirmation within 24-48 hours. If exchanging for another size or item, your exchange will be issued upon receipt of your return if the item is available. If the item is not available, you can either receive store credit or be issued a refund excluding taxes and shipping fees paid at time of original purchase.
