  1. ORDER PROCESSING

Orders placed have a 1-2 business day processing time frame.

 Orders placed on Friday after 1pm EST thru Sunday, will be processed on Monday.

An email confirmation with tracking information will be sent when your purchase is on its way to you.

  1. PRE-ORDERS

When placing a pre-order for TinaMaria Shoes Products, you are required to provide certain information, such as your address and billing information. You represent and warrant that all such information is accurate, and shall ensure that such information is kept current. TinaMaria Shoes shall accept no responsibility nor liability for inaccurate information or information that later becomes outdated and ,therefore, has no obligation to make efforts to determine the correct contact or shipping information. Your may update your information at any time prior to your order shipment by sending an e-mail to Tinamaria@TinaMaria Shoes.com.

The date provided on all pre-orders is an estimated arrival date, not a guarantee. This date is an approximate time frame for expected shipment of pre-order to our warehouse and prepared for delivery to our customers. 

You acknowledge and agree that TinaMaria Shoes may decline or delay reservations to avoid oversubscription or as it deems appropriate, provided that we will make efforts to inform you within two (2) weeks of our receipt of your pre-order. In this case, you are entitled to a full refund of the purchase Price.

  1. PAYMENT

You will be charged the full price of the products the moment your order is placed. If TinaMaria Shoes is unable to commence shipping the products on or before the 3- 4 month anniversary of your order placement, TinaMaria Shoes shall process a full refund. Your pre-order placement constitutes your express agreement & authority for TinaMaria Shoes the charge the full amount for the Products at such time.
